Former TV3 Presenter, Juliet Bawuah Joins Euronews’ Africa Channel

Former TV3 sports presenter, Juliet Bawuah, has been signed onto Africanews, a sister channel of Euronews about to begin transmission in Africa.

Ms Bawuah who resigned from her former station last month would be among over 40 African professionals joining Africanews which launches in December.

Africanews would operate from channel offices in Johannesburg, Abidjan, Nairobi, Porte Noire and N’Djamena, and is expected to provide a 24 hour updates on African and international news,  business and sports in Enlish and French, from the African perspective.

Ms Bawuah is currently in Porte Noire, Congo after attending some weeks of training in Euronews office in Paris and Lyon, ahead of her big career leap.

Prior to joining TV3 in 2013, Ms Bawuah had worked for CITI FM, ETV, Metro TV, Goal.com, GFA Sports as well as Cafonline.com and had served as contributor on several international networks including the BBC.
