New Shanghai SIPG signing, Asamoah Gyan powered his side to the top of the Chinese league when he came from the bench to score the winning goal in his first match for the club on Thursday.
Gyan’s 80th minute goal ensured a 2:1 victory over Tianjin Teda and placed Shanghai SIPG two points ahead of Beijing Guoan.
