Blame Akufo-Addo For Increase In Road Accidents – Anita Desoso

A National National Vice Chair of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Madam Anita Desoso, has blamed the series of road accidents on President Akufo-Addo.

According to her, the President is a direct beneficiary of these accidents which have claimed many lives because of what he did to wrestle power.

Making reference to a report by the National Road Safety Commission (NRSC) which reveals that a total of 2,095 road crashes were recorded in January and February of 2018, she said these accidents are becoming way too many.

Speaking on Kumasi based Bohye FM, Madam Desosoo who did not provide any evidence to back her claims said the blame should be laid at the doorsteps of the President because he knows what he did “behind the scenes” to win power.

“Only two months, 2,095 people. Why do you drink blood like that? Madam Desosoo questioned.

Data from the National Road Safety Commission (NRSC) indicates that a total of 2,095 road crashes were recorded in the first two months of the year.

The figure which is above the 2017 figures during the same period has claimed over 336 lives.
