DKM Dispels Rumours Of Closure | Asks Customers To Calm Down



Following Monday’s notice from the Bank of Ghana ordering  suspension of its operations, DKM Diamond Microfinance Limited has issued a statement to allay the fears of its numerous customers.

The statement signed by its Public Relations Officer, Ransford Agyeman, informs customers that the company is a legal entity registered with the central bank and has not been closed down as is being speculated.

It goes on to assure its customers that their deposits are in safe hands and would resume full operations after the monitoring process is completed and the suspension lifted.

The company also says, it respects the mandatory moratorium but would entreat the general public to rubbish the rumours of collapse.

In a related development, a number of customers of DKM Diamond Microfinance Limited have told that the company has sent them text messages asking them to calm down

“DKMDiamond: Dear Client, Bank of Ghana has asked us to hold our operations for sometime due to regulatory issues. Please, Calm down as we sort issues with them. Thank you”.
