Experienced Football Administrator James Oyedeji Passes On



Experienced football administrator James Oyedeji has passed on at age 63 after suffering a mild stroke. According to family sources, “Uncle James” as he was affectionately called  died at the 37 Military Hospital on Monday.

The former Mighty Jets administrative manager and General Secretary of the Ghana Local Coaches Association (GHASOCA) was a strong activist of  juvenile football as he argued that there was a linkage between juvenile football and the Senior National Teams.

He attended Fijai Secondary School and obtained his BSc. and MSc. in Economics from the the University of Lagos in 1982.
