The High Court in Accra hearing the case between the Ghana AIDS Commission (GAC) and former HIV/AIDS ambassador, Joyce Dzidzor Mensah, has adjourned the matter to June 4.

Ms Dzidzor Mensah, a 27-year-old mother of two, was for many years parading as an ambassador for the Ghana Aids Commission but made a u-turn in December, 2014 revealing that she had never been infected with the virus.

The Ghana AIDS Commission immediately issued a statement to reject her claims and insisted that medical records from 2007 show Joyce was HIV positive.

The Commission subsequently took Dzidzor Mensah to court seeking an order for the release of the medical records of the former HIV/AIDS ambassador who revealed she is not HIV positive.

The High Court presided over by Justice Mustapha Logo adjourned the case because notice on the case had not been served on Joyce Dzidzor Mensah early enough.
