Native Doctor Dies After Bullet-Repelling Charms Fails Him

A 26-year-old native doctor, Chinaka Adoezuwe, has reportedly met his untimely death after his bullet-repelling charms failed him.

The unfortunate incident occurred in Umuozu Ugiri village in the Isiala Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State in Nigeria.

According to multiple reports, one Ijezie had gone to the herbalist to procure charms that would prevent bullets from penetrating his body.

The report adds that Adoezuwe after allegedly preparing the charms asked Ijezie to position himself for a test but Ijezie declined.

Andrew Enwerem, the Police Public Relations Officer tells the media that the suspect had been arrested by the police to assist in investigations.

”The suspect is in our custody. It is a case of murder. The Isiala Mbano division of the Command has moved in, arrested the suspect and returned normalcy to the area.

“The case will be transferred to the State Criminal and Investigation Department in Owerri for thorough investigation.”
